Safety Advisory Services UK have pledged to "Save Lives and Save Money" by taking action to make a real difference in the workplace during the European Week for Safety and Health at Work.

Safety Advisory Services UK was one of the first to sign up to the Pledge and committing to make a real difference in the workplace with reference to health, safety and welfare issues.

What we aim to do:

• Involve all staff in a review/inspection/audit of our current procedures, systems and risk assessments.
• Get all staff involved in generating new and exciting initiatives to encourage changes in attitude and behaviour.
• Be seen to be taking health and safety seriously.
• Be seen to be showing leadership on this important topic.

The European Week for Safety and Health at Work commences on the 21st of October 2013. It is part of a two year campaign, the theme being "working together for risk prevention" which focuses on the concepts of management leadership and worker participation in occupational safety and health.
